Micah is 1 month old

Today you are 1 month old.

You are getting so big.

If I had to guess I would say you weigh around 10 lbs.

You are in size 1 diapers and 0-3 month clothes

You sleep a lot during the day and not so much at night.

You love to sleep on mommy.

Honestly, that is how I get most of my sleep at night.

You nurse ever hour or so when you are awake.

Daddy is in love with his little man and

loves to steal my sugar whenever he can.

You are a Momma's boy and for the most part, don't want anyone else.

Daddy walks around the house bouncing you, just to keep you happy.

If you aren't sleeping or nursing, you are usually crying.

We have found that the blow dryer will calm you right down.

I love having a little boy.

You love to be held and although it is tiring at times,

I wouldn't trade this time for the world.

You sleep in your bouncy seat in our bed.

Your naps are always taken in your swing or if you fall asleep in your car seat.

You are starting to follow objets with your eyes,

I can't wait for you to smile and talk with me.

Watching you grow is blessing my life.

Hello Third Grade

Camden Hope~

Today you started Third grade

It was your first day at Vista Academy

You were so brave, but the tears showed through...

And that's okay.

This summer/school year has had so many changes for you.

New brother & New school with new friends.

I am so proud of you.

You are such an awesome big sister to Berkleigh & Micah

You are so sweet and considerate of others

You are obedient and listen to Daddy and I {for the most part}

You are creative and funny.

You are enjoyable to be around.

Your teacher this year is Miss. Lacy

Your principal is Ms. Hanson {Corinne's Nana}

You have 8 kids in your class

Your classroom is on the 2nd floor

Your favorite subjects are Math and Reading

You wear uniforms...

Anything khaki on the bottom and teal/white/green polos

Right now you are 8 years old.

Your favorite colors are green and blue.

You love soccer and just started practice for fall last week.

You love pizza, spaghetti, chili, caesar salad and anything chocolate

You don't like marshmallows or licorice.

You love praise and worship music

Your favorite toys are Squinkies, Lalaloopsy dolls and Barbie

You are Berkleigh's Hero, she follows you and does everything you do.

You LOVE to hold/touch/kiss and love on Micah, I can't keep you away :)

All in all, you are a pretty cool kid and I am blessed to be your Momma!

Micah's first bath

Micah moo, this picture pretty much sums up your thoughts on bath time!

You were not having it, but we were able to get you to settle down finally.

As long as Momma had my finger in your mouth, you were fine.

And these two girls were so happy to help with your bath.

They both poured the warm water on you to make sure you

stayed nice and warm.

Your sisters think the world of you.

You are one blessed little boy!

2 weeks old

Today was your 2 week Well Baby with Dr. Brown

Weight: 8lbs 14 oz.

Height: 21 inches

You are doing wonderful. You nurse constantly and are gaining weight nicely. You have moved up to Size 1 diapers and are in some 0-3 month clothes already. You sleep a lot during the day, but are up every hour in the night, unless Momma falls asleep with you on my chest. Then you sleep for a good 2-3 hours.

You are definitely a Momma's boy. Daddy wants to love on you all the time, but he usually has to walk around the house, bouncing you to keep you happy. But hand you to Momma...and you quiet right up.

Your sisters are in love. Camden loves to hold you and she is sneaking kisses all the time. Berkleigh loves to talk to you and tries her hardest to console you when you are crying. I can't wait to see you interact with them when you get a bit bigger.
